I had wanted to try out a baked oats recipe forever, but honestly most of the concoctions I saw were mostly oats, banana, and maple syrup, all healthy ingredients but lacking some balance for PCOS (as you know we need to get those healthy fats and fiber in there). I whipped this one up with pumpkin, egg and 2 tbs of my favorite vanilla protein to add some fullness factor and it was sooo good and easy! Felt like I was eating some pumpkin cake for breakfast ๐ฅฐ๐ Baked pumpkin PCOS oats: 1/3 cup rolled oats (ideally organic) 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 cup pumpkin purรฉe 1 egg 2 tbs vanilla protein of choice (I used 2 of my @bewellbykelly protein, which IMO is the best and you can use my code HANNAH for moolah off!) 1/5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin spice Optional cinnamon, extra drop of monk fruit, chocolate chips for topping Add to a baking safe bowl or ramekin and bake at 375 for 20 min! Let me know if you try ๐๐๐๐ #pcos #pcosweightloss #pcossupport #pcosmeals #cyclesyncing #healthyhormones #hormonehealth
